To meet the future traffic needs of Uplace, Woluwelaan (R22) is being adapted between Kerklaan and Haachtsesteenweg, including its junction with the Brussels Ring Road (R0).
TML supported Antea in preparing the impact study for the Brussels Capital Region. TML examined several infrastructure variants and compared them with each other using Vissim micro simulations and a social cost-benefit analysis (SCBA) of each variant.
