From 2002 to 2003
Logistics clusters have an important economic value for a country: they are one of the decisive elements in competitive positioning in the global market. Clusters, like all products and systems, have a life cycle. Therefore, a strategy can be used to deal with them. In 2002, Transport & Mobility Leuven and TNO conducted a study on what a learning strategy can entail when approaching the saturation phase.
