Mobility advice Oeverpark Lokeren

Several years ago, a MOBER was prepared for the Oeverpark in Lokeren, estimating the expected mobility impact on the surrounding area. TML contributed to the existing report by providing advice based on previous mobility studies and the local situation and explored how to address the concerns of local residents.


In February 2019, a MOBER (mobility impact report) was prepared in connection with a subdivision permit for the Oeverpark in Lokeren, a residential housing project on a former factory site on Groendreef. That report assessed the expected mobility impact on the surrounding area.

Drawing on our own expertise regarding mobility, and particularly the local situation at the station area in Lokeren, where we conducted our own mobility study in 2017, we provided advice on the existing MOBER. In doing so, we also considered to what extent and in what way the concerns of local residents could be solved.
