TML supported the construction of the Airport Tram with mobility advice and impact management.
For the construction of the Airport Tram (towards Brussels Airport) between Culliganlaan and Da Vincilaan, the Temporary Partnership Artes – Aelterman developed a plan to carry out the works smoothly and with minimal disruption. This plan combined technical innovation with a carefully phased approach. The method included a bridge over four railway tracks and a viaduct crossing the R0 ring road, with a strong focus on traffic safety and a tight execution schedule.
To keep the impact on the surroundings under control, efforts were made to ensure an efficient site layout, well-planned traffic diversions, and targeted "Minder Hinder" (road works impact management) measures. TML contributed its expertise in mobility and impact management, drawing on extensive experience from (among others) the A201 project.
