Arbitration

In the arbitration file between the Dutch and Belgian governments, TML provided advice regarding the impact of the Iron Rhine on fuel consumption and emissions from freight transport. In the international arbitration, both Belgium and the Netherlands had submitted a dossier with arguments. This was followed by a dossier with counter arguments from both parties. TML advised the Belgian Government's legal team at this final stage. The arbitration was won by Belgium a few weeks later.
