The municipality of Zele wanted to develop a global vision for its town centre. The creation of a green stream should lead to higher dynamism, liveability, and sociability in the core of the municipality. The green stream here stands for cohesion and continuity (stream) and for a higher experiential value (green).
TML supported the multidisciplinary team with the elaboration of the mobility and parking study. This was done in strong interaction with the spatial and urban design and the development of a strategic commercial plan.
