The northern part of Antwerp's Scheldt Quays requires an integrated approach to parking solutions and access. Together with AG Vespa, TML developed a strategic parking vision for several zones, including the Loodswezen, the Waagnatie, and the area around the dry docks.
The northern part of Antwerp's Scheldt Quays is under development. An integrated approach is needed to arrive at viable solutions both in terms of the supply of parking spaces and their accessibility. Transport & Mobility Leuven therefore developed a strategic parking vision in collaboration with AG Vespa.
More specifically, the parking plan covers the following zones:

- The zone from the Pilotage with the current car parks up to the Noorderterras.
- The building block between Rijnkaai, Amsterdamstraat-Sint Laureiskaai, and Bataviastraat.
- The zone of the quays with the Waagnatie and Hangars 26-27.
- The zone of the dry docks where the new maritime museum is located and the provincial port experience centre is planned.
