From 2005 to 2010
This European project aimed to analyse the impact of transport on climate using detailed climate models. TML was responsible for developing the long-term transport scenarios, running from 1900 to 2100. Several scenarios were developed, based on socio-demographic, economic, and technological developments. Particular attention was paid to consistency in assumptions between continents and countries and in parameterising trends since 1900 in the forecast model.
