The Vectris study bureau was commissioned by ERIT Development to conduct a mobility analysis for the development of Post X Berchem. TML was commissioned by the City of Antwerp to analyse this mobility analysis for a second opinion and, in addition, to review one of the scenarios that was not retained, i.e., a full light-controlled intersection at the site's access road.
