Parking study Grote Markt Blankenberge

The City of Blankenberge wanted a study via a PPP (Public Private Partnership) agreement for the design, construction, financing, and operation of a public parking infrastructure under the Grote Markt in Blankenberge, together with the reconstruction of its superstructure and the public domain in the vicinity of the Grote Markt. Franki Construct contacted Transport & Mobility Leuven to find out more about the current use of parking spaces in the Grote Markt area of Blankenberge. To this end, we carried out a parking survey, including a parking balance and a parking duration study.
