Together with Antea, TML developed a guidelines book for the Mobility discipline in environmental impact reports, as a guide for experts and advisory bodies. TML provided the methodological interpretation, including modelling and significance frameworks for mobility effects.
In collaboration with Antea Belgium, we drew up a guidelines book for the elaboration of the Mobility discipline in an EIR (environmental impact report). This guideline book is a guide for EIR experts when drafting an EIR and intended as an informative document for advisory bodies, initiators, and the EIR department. The guidelines book explains the approach to the mobility aspect, which is often a complex matter and plays a crucial role in the assessment of many plans/projects.

The following elements are covered:
- Scope of the Mobility discipline and general principles of approach in an EIA.
- Inventory of sources, definition of terms, delineation and setting of parameters, default values.
- Significance frameworks per impact group.
- Methodological aspects of mobility (including censuses, use of modelling ...).
- Data transfer to other disciplines.
