Within this project, TML conducted a supporting study for the evaluation of the Urban Mobility Package (UMP), which was implemented in 2014 by the European Commission together with cities, Member States, and stakeholders. It contained non-binding guidelines on SUMPs (sustainable urban mobility plans), ICT, urban distribution, road safety, etc. European Mobility Week, a project launched in 2002, was also part of the evaluation. Both initiatives were evaluated for their relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, coherence, and EU added value.
