ResearcherRuth Evers holds a Master of Business Engineering and a PhD in Economics. In her doctoral thesis, Ruth investigated how traffic light control can be used to reduce transport-related externalities. As a postdoctoral researcher, Ruth co-authored the book Slimmer onderweg. 25 snelwegen naar een leefbare mobiliteit with Prof. Stef Proost. At TML, Ruth focuses - among other things - on cost-benefit analyses of (infrastructure) projects and impact analyses of (transport) policy and external costs.
