Stijn Daniels
ResearcherStijn Daniels is a commercial and business engineer and doctor of Mobility Sciences. He teaches traffic and transport safety at the University of Leuven. Stijn has extensive experience in both scientific and policy-preparatory research in the field of road safety and mobility, particularly in the following areas: analyses of factors and causes of road accidents and human behaviour in relation to the road environment, evaluations of traffic measures, traffic conflict observation, and cost-benefit analyses. He is the author of more than 30 scientific journal articles and has made numerous contributions to national and international conferences and discussion forums.
